  • What you want tested or built: application URLs, API docs, mobile apps, IP ranges, cloud accounts or a brief
  • Which environment: staging, production, or both
  • How many user roles or tenants the application has
  • Any deadline or driver, such as a release, an audit or a client questionnaire
  • Preferred testing dates and anything we must avoid

Do not send passwords, keys or customer data by email. Once the scope is agreed we set up a secure channel for credentials and test accounts.
